• Client Customer Data: Information entered by our clients (businesses) about their own customers, including names, addresses, phone numbers, appointment histories, and account balances. This data is owned by our clients, not by JDM AI.
• Usage Data: Information about how you use our platform, including features accessed, pages visited, timestamps, and session activity.
• Communications Data: Customer conversations processed through our AI platform for the purpose of delivering our services.
• Technical Data: IP addresses, browser type, device information, and cookies used to maintain platform functionality.

We use the information we collect to:

4. Client Customer Data

JDM AI processes customer data on behalf of our clients (businesses using our platform). In this context, our clients are the data controllers and JDM AI acts as a data processor. We process client customer data solely as directed by our clients and pursuant to our Service Agreement.

JDM AI does not sell, rent, share, or monetize client customer data under any circumstances.

5. Third-Party AI Processing

Our platform is powered in part by Claude, an AI system developed by Anthropic, PBC. Customer messages processed through our platform may be transmitted to Anthropic's systems for AI response generation. This is necessary to provide our core services. Anthropic maintains its own privacy and data handling policies. We encourage clients to review Anthropic's policies at anthropic.com.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information in the following limited circumstances:

• Service Providers: Trusted third-party providers who help us deliver our services (payment processors, hosting providers, AI infrastructure). These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data.
• Legal Requirements: When required by law, court order, or governmental authority.
• Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, client data may be transferred with appropriate notice.

7. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encrypted data transmission, secure server infrastructure, and access controls. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security and are not liable for unauthorized access resulting from events beyond our reasonable control.

8. Data Retention

We retain account information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Upon cancellation of services, we will retain your data for a period of sixty (60) days to allow for any transition needs, after which it will be securely deleted unless we are required by law to retain it longer.
